Our preferred approach is to work alongside our clients to help them develop pragmatic solutions to the complex challenges that exist in and between organisations.
We do this by:

•finding the good practices that are already going on in the organisation and creating opportunities to amplify these with colleagues in formal and informal settings,

•encouraging clients to view change as something that happens to themselves and others through all phases of our work together,

•creating enough structure for clients to start working with complex issues, but leaving enough space for creativity and innovation to emerge through the work,

•encouraging clients to involve people who are most impacted by change in the work to create the change,

•working with what has happened, what is intended and what is going on ‘right now’ in the organisation.
